Order
How to place an order step by step?
Add the selected products from our offer to your “shopping cart.” Once you have added all the products you are interested in, click “complete order.” Then fill in the shipping details, select the delivery method and payment method. Now just press the “order and pay” button and wait for your package. Please note! Orders can be placed:
- without creating an account
- by creating an account
- or by logging into your existing account
How long does it take to process an order?
The order processing time is 24 hours from the moment the payment is credited or 24 hours from the moment the order is placed with the cash on delivery option. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by email.
Can I place an order by phone?
We do not accept orders by phone.
You don't need to do anything – your order will be automatically canceled after 3 days.
To cancel a paid order, please contact us by phone or email. After we check the status of your order, you will receive further information.
How can I use my discount code?
When placing your order, after proceeding from the “shopping cart” to the “checkout,” enter the discount code in the designated field. Discount codes cannot be used on products in the promotion and sale categories. Furthermore, they apply only to retail customers.
Shipping and payments
Orders over PLN 80 are eligible for free delivery within Poland (shipping via GLS courier or InPost parcel locker).
The cost of delivery for orders of a lower value within Poland is: PLN 11.49 – parcel locker, PLN 15 for prepayment and PLN 18 for cash on delivery – GLS courier.
When finalizing your order, you can choose one of 3 or 4 available payment options, depending on your delivery method. These are:
- BLIK quick online transfers and cards
- online payments / PayPal
- prepayment (traditional bank transfer)
- cash on delivery (possible when choosing delivery by GLS courier)
I was unable to pay for my order. How can I complete the transaction?
The order confirmation email contains the address and bank account number to which the amount due should be transferred (the exact amount due is also specified in the email).
If you are still unable to complete the payment, please contact us by phone to change the payment method for your order.
Do you ship internationally? What are the costs?
We ship retail orders to countries within Europe. The delivery times and costs for such shipments can be found in our price list.
